On July 30th 2020 MOSTOSTAL ZABRZE Gliwickie Przedsiębiorstwo Budownictwa Przemysłowego Spółka Akcyjna has signed a contract for the Construction of an Ecological Education Center – Exotarium as part of the project entitled:

“Zagłębiowski Park Linearny – revitalization of the functional area of the valley of Przemsza and Brynica rivers through the development of green areas: 1. Construction of the Ecological Education Center – Exotarium, 2. Land development at Baczyński Street”.

The planned project includes the construction of the Ecological Education Center-Exotarium in Sosnowiec, located in the northern part of the Jan Fusioski Park at Marszałka Józefa Piłsudskiego street 116.

It will be created in a place where botanical and zoological collections have been exhibited for over 60 years. The planned construction is intended to create a facility in a modern and flexible way that will perform educational functions, focused on native nature, while maintaining the historical heritage and existing collections.

Completion date: 24 months from the date of handover of the construction site.

Value of the works: ~ PLN 63.9 million gross
